By purchasing flooring from Flooring King of Fort Lauderdale, LLC, I understand and agree that all sales are final: no refunds and no exchanges. I agree not to dispute or charge back this purchase with my credit card company.
Separate ownership. Flooring King of Fort Lauderdale, LLC is a new Florida company with new owners. It is a completely separate company from the original Flooring King, which, together with its owners, has no involvement in or responsibility for this business. Name used under license.
1. Who you buy from. Flooring King of Fort Lauderdale, LLC (Florida, Doc. No. L26000520757) is a separate company with new owners, using the Flooring King name under license. The original Flooring King and its past and present owners do not own, operate or control this company and are not responsible for any sale, product, installation, warranty, refund or statement.
2. All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges, no returns. We are a liquidation company. Any exception is decided case by case, in writing, at the company's sole discretion.
3. Materials only. We resell flooring made by other manufacturers. Product warranties come only from the manufacturer.
4. Installation. Flooring King of Fort Lauderdale is not an installation company and does not perform installation. Installation is performed by independent installers, who alone are responsible for their work and any installation warranty.
5. Payments and chargebacks. Please call 954-253-0208 before contacting your bank. If you dispute a valid charge for goods you received, you remain responsible for the full amount owed, plus collection costs as permitted by law.
6. Liability. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the materials. Florida law applies; disputes are handled in Broward County, Florida.
